What is the actual language I will see on my ballot? Will the entire amendment appear there?

The actual permanent text of the Constitutional amendment is different from the wording that you will see printed on your ballot. For every constitutional amendment, on any issue, state law requires that the Ohio Ballot Board has the final say on the description language that will appear on your ballot. (Ohio Revised Code 3505.062) This ballot summary is a short paraphrase and NOT the full text of the proposed amendment.
