The research on this site is conducted and paid for by The American Policy Roundtable, a nonprofit, nonpartisan, independent organization founded in Ohio in 1980.
The Roundtable staff has focused on the construction, passage, analysis, and litigation of constitutional law for over four decades. We have participated in litigation on legislative and constitutional issues in state and federal courts, including cases at the Ohio Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Funding for this research is provided by voluntary contributions from concerned citizens across the nation. No money is solicited nor accepted from any political parties or candidates. This site is provided free of charge, and no user data is being mined or shared on this site.
